For years, we didn't have a website and the only way to order or find out about Water Warm-ups was by telephone. I still love talking with you and enjoy getting your calls so please don't hesitate to call! Most of our fabrics are made especially for us and the cost for these materials are close to 3 times higher than other water apparel available elsewhere.Even with the increase, our prices are still at least 20% less than other companies.We regret having to increase our prices, but we have no choice due to our rising costs. We are proud of all our products as they are made of the finest materials in the world (from Australia and Japan) and the Water Warm-ups are made here in the US. We are confident if you compare our fabrics and prices to any other company, you will see the value you are getting from us - superior materials and much lower prices. This business is based in my home in Costa Mesa, California. Hence, I really don't have strict business hours.I am usually here 7 days a week. If I am here, I will answer your call or call you back within 24 hours (weekends and evenings included).
